The Ballence Session

Service Description

This is the most layered and premium Ballence offering. We’ll begin with a check-in, then move into a brief but powerful three-part breathwork practice to help calm the mind, open the body, and prepare your system to receive. From there, we’ll move into sound and Reiki healing. Tuning forks, chimes, and other energetic tools may be incorporated depending on what feels supportive. This session creates more space for your body to soften, your energy to shift, and anything that surfaces to be integrated or released with care. Best for: emotional heaviness, stagnation, transition, creative blocks, feeling disconnected from your body, or wanting a deeper and more immersive session.
