Reiki + Sound Healing (75 min)

Service Description

This session is designed for those who want a more immersive Reiki experience with additional energetic support. We’ll begin with a brief check-in to talk through any areas of focus you’d like to bring into the session. From there, we’ll move into Reiki with the option to incorporate sound healing, tuning forks, and other energetic tools based on what feels supportive. This offering creates space for the body to soften, the mind to settle, and the energy to integrate on a deeper level. Afterward, we’ll take time to talk through anything that came up and share any reflections or aftercare notes to support your integration. This session may be supportive if you’re moving through stress, emotional heaviness, creative blocks, transition, or simply feel called to a deeper energetic experience. Please wear comfortable clothing.
