Reiki Reset

Service Description

This is the standard Ballence Reiki session. We’ll begin with a brief check-in to talk through any areas of focus you’d like to bring into the session. From there, we’ll move into approximately 45 minutes of Reiki. Afterward, we’ll take 5–10 minutes to talk through anything that came up and share any reflections or aftercare notes that may support your integration beyond our session. Best for: stress, burnout, emotional heaviness, feeling disconnected, or wanting a full energetic reset without additional modalities.
