Service Description

A restorative, full-body Reiki experience gently supporting relaxation throughout the mind and body. Each session blends intuitive Reiki touch (hands-on or hands-off) over energetic centers of the body. We begin with a light aura cleanse using Sage or Palo Santo to help you settle in. From there, you’ll be guided into a relaxed, meditative state. Essential oils may be incorporated to awaken the senses, while soft, soothing music creates a supportive atmosphere for your session. During Reiki, you may notice subtle energetic sensations, shifts in temperature, tingling, gentle waves of emotion, or simply a sense of stillness. Some people see colors or imagery, and others drift into deep rest or sleep. All experiences are normal. Reiki unfolds differently for each person and each session. Reiki tends to deepen over time. With regular practice, many clients find that each session offers new layers of release, insight, and inner ease, supporting the mind, body, and spirit in their own natural processes.
