No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your appointment and do not reach out to cancel at least 24 hours in advance, the session is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.

Return & Refund Policy

Products:

Due to the nature of our items (hand-poured/small-batch), we are unable to accept returns on our products.

All product sales are final to ensure safety, purity, and quality.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will promptly look into the matter and help reach a resolution.

Reiki & Healing Services:

Because Reiki and all energy-healing services are time-based offerings, all session sales are final.

If you need to reschedule, you may do so up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may need to be shortened or rescheduled at your practitioner’s discretion. No refunds are issued for late arrivals.
