A simple ritual for returning to balance.
When gently burned, Palo Santo releases a warm, uplifting aroma that helps clear stagnant energy, deepen reflection, and bring a sense of calm to your environment. Many people use it before meditation, journaling, yoga, or simply to refresh the energy of a space.
Sacred Palo Santo Sticks
Palo Santo (Bursera graveolens) is a sacred tree native to parts of South America.
Our Palo Santo is responsibly sourced from Ecuador through suppliers who follow ethical, fair-trade, and sustainable harvesting practices. The wood is collected only from trees that have naturally fallen. Our Palo Santo is sustainably harvested in Ecuador from naturally fallen trees. After a tree naturally dies, it remains in the forest for several years during a natural curing process that allows the wood to develop its signature aromatic oils. Only after this process is the wood collected and prepared. This natural aging allows the wood to develop its distinctive aroma and traditional properties.
Responsible sourcing helps protect the ecosystem while supporting local communities that steward these forests.
Light the tip of the Palo Santo stick and allow it to burn for about 30 seconds before gently blowing out the flame.
Let the aromatic smoke move through your space or around your body while setting an intention for calm, clarity, or renewal.
Place the stick in a fire-safe dish between uses.
