Ballence was born from my own journey of slowing down and honoring a growing need for balance in my life. For years, the constant demands of daily life weighed on my body and spirit, until I found myself in a state of deep disconnection. I felt disconnected from the joyful and fulfilling life I knew was possible.

Through this experience, I came to understand that we are never truly far from our center. Our natural state of presence, peace, and clarity is always accessible to us. My work exists to support others in returning to that space, gently and in their own way.
